Alzheimer's Dementia is the most common form of dementia and it has been proven with studies that intelligence games like Tetris are helpful in preventing the disease. In a recent study of Tetris and Alzeimer's Dementia, researchers interviewed 65 healthy people and asked them questions about their writing, reading and game playing habits. What they found was that people who more often read, write and play games lower their chances of such memory disorders.
